Il Moscato Rosa, prodotto dall´ omonimo vitigno, è il tipico vino da dessert altoatesino che accompagna i classici dessert della provincia.

Dintorni di Bolzano a 250 m s.l.m.

Vendemmia: 

da metà a fine settembre

Vinificazione: 

leggero appassimento delle uve selezionate, fermentazione a temperatura controllata e maturazione in acciaio, affinamento in bottiglia

Caratteristiche: 

Colore: rosso rubino con riflessi granati
Sentore: delicatamente di rosa e noce moscata, fruttato di frutti rossi
Sapore: pieno, aromatico, dolce
