Shipping and Delivery
Products from italianwineselection.com are shipped by courier anywhere in Italy or abroad. Delivery times vary depending on the destination; in general, delivery is within 2-7 working days (in Italy), 15-22 working days for international shipments.

Information and complaints
For any shipment delivered damaged to the purchaser, a replacement shipment will be arranged free of charge, subject to receipt of a full report of the occurrence.

Payment method
This online store uses GestPay, the Banca Sella system for credit card payments via the Internet. Credit card transactions can be performed in complete security; in fact, the system uses the new standard:
128-BIT SSL3 PROTOCOL
Communication between the browser and the bank's server is guaranteed by an encrypted 128-bit SSL3 transmission (the highest standard currently available with server certification).
ENCRYPTED PARAMETERS
In this way, provided the parameters are transmitted via the client browser are encrypted using high security algorithms, users cannot interfere in any way in dialogue between the merchant and the bank.

The tax document, invoice or receipt, will be sent with the selected product.

Cancellation policy
Purchases from the ItalianWineSelection web site are subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, governing matters relating to long-distance contracts, in cases in which goods delivery is to the customer's door, given that such purchases are classed as off-premises trade for the seller.
The European regulation commonly known as the Right to Cancel states that this right may be exercised only by persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered extraneous to their own business activity. The right to cancel, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal entities or persons acting for purposes related to business activity. Purchases performed by distributors or subjects purchasing for any reason on behalf of third parties are therefore excluded from the right to cancel.
In what does this consist? the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, returning the goods concerned in the cancellation to the vendor, who will reimburse the price of the goods returned.

The right to cancel does not apply to products delivered sealed but which have been opened by the consumer.
To exercise this right, the following documents and details are necessary:
• original invoice (indicates the order number, invoice number and Customer Code)
• in the event of part-cancellation, in addition to the invoice, the item code(s) of the product(s)
• and bank details for receipt of the bank/wire transfer (All bank sort codes - Current account number (IBAN code) of an account held by the person to whom the invoice was addressed) are also required.
The procedure is as follows: the communication expressing the wish to cancel may also be submitted via fax, telegram, telex or e-mail, provided it is confirmed by recorded delivery mail within 48 hours. The communication by recorded delivery mail must be sent within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. The recorded delivery communication must be addressed to:

The recorded delivery communication must contain the declaration of intention to exercise the right to cancel, indicating all the above-mentioned details (order number, invoice number and customer code, item code for products subject to cancellation, bank details).
How to return the goods: after instigating the right to cancel, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and with a special outer cover in order to protect the original packaging of products from any damage, defacing or alteration. ItalianWineSelection reserves the right to refuse returned goods if the procedure indicated above is not observed in full. The goods must be shipped at the sender's own expense within a maximum 20 days of receipt to the following address:

As soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation correspondence, arrangements will be made to reimburse sums received from the Consumer. The only costs borne by the Customer relate to return of the product.
