Description : Barolo Gran Bussia Riserva - Aldo Conterno
Vinification: maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation time: the must remains in contact with the skins for 15 days, during which usually takes place completely Fermentation and subsequently Svina. Temperature: variable with peaks of 32 degrees centigrade. AGING OF CELLAR: new wine spends 3 to 5 months in steel tanks and is racked several times before being placed in large Slavonian oak barrels where it ages for 36 months. NOTE: Barolo is produced by assembling Granbussia reserve wines vinified and aged separately, vines Romirasco, Cicala, Colonel, in the following respective percentages: 70%, 15% and 15%, the optimal values however vary depending on the year. The wine remains for 6 years in the cellar before being sold and is produced exclusively in the best vintages. |
