Description : Lambiccato - Longo
This wine is produced by more than a hundred Tanni from a company with a particular technique, the alembic from which it takes its name. The Muscat grapes grown in the hills of Salerno is collected and placed in wooden boxes where it remained until the stalk from green to brown (drying phase) and then be crushed and pressed in a few days.
