Description : Chiaretto di Moniga Rosamara - Costaripa
Moniga of claret, wine one night. Vines Sangioveto, Groppello, Marzemino and Barbera grapes grown in our exposure in the best targeted at the lake, collected at full maturity only in the town of Moniga. The technology is represented by the wine to tears, namely the use of pure flower through the draining static when the fermentation has just begun: this without any squeezing them pressing.
