The grapes are harvested in the second half of September, after a careful selection are de-stemmed, crushed and ordered to make wine in the presence of the skin for a short period, 15 hours, at low temperature in order to extract the varietal aromas. We shall, therefore, a normal wine, so-called white fermentation with controlled temperature and yeasts. SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: Color: remember the cherry, bright, brilliant. Scent: floral, distinct, distinctive and lingering. Taste: dry, fresh, soft cloth with good persistence. FOOD: It goes well with appetizers, light meats, cheeses, pastries, dishes of fish and white meats, baked vegetables. |
