Ruby red, with slight but obvious shades of red more intense. Perfume and evolved complex aromas of ripe fruit, reminiscent of plums and blackberry jam, floral notes (violet), spicy and pleasant as tobacco and a slight feeling of deception. Taste wine with excellent structure with good power / acidity. Bella persistence and large soft vein to close. Levia Gravia pairings (like Ruit Hora) is a particularly suitable wine to accompany red meats, roasts, poultry, game, game jugged or cheeses or blue cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, pecorino cheese or Gorgonzola. |
