Considered the masterpiece of Cantine Ceci. Harvested in early October, undergoes a maceration on the skins at a low temperature of 5-7 days. Extraordinary red and purple full and enveloping scent of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries accented by hints of wood. Good tannins softened by the major sugar residue.
