Description : Princeps - Castello delle Regine
The Princeps was born from a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Sangiovese (20%) and Merlot (20%) vinified separately. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in Allier oak barrels for twelve months and ages in bottle for over twenty-four months. Concentrated ruby color, with hints of black cherry and cherry with final evolution of licorice and tobacco. The palate is hot, just soft and silky. |
