Description : Cà Marcanda Bolgheri Rosso - Ca' Marcanda - Gaja
grapes (50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc) is a selection from the Bolgheri area of farm land, the richest of limestone and are capable of producing wines from long aging. After a separate fermentation of the grapes, the wine is aged in new casks and semimuove for a period of 18 months, this time following at least 6 months of aging in the bottle from the manufacturer. The result is a brilliant garnet red color, nose packed and well defined, which expresses a fruit rich in notes and spices, the palate is concentrated and intense, not at all aggressive, velvety. |
