Cerretalto Brunello di Montalcino is made from a selection of a vineyard located on a natural amphitheater on the river Asso. The particular microclimate, soil, low production per plant and the large basement attenzionein going to give a wine of character, strength and balance. Is produced only in vintages where the quality of the grapes is by us considered excellent. Is high for about two years in French oak barrels and at least 18 months in bottle. |
