Product for many years as a simple table wine, Sassicaia has finally recognized its DOC in the name of the territory in which it is produced, the town of Bolgheri, not far from Castagneto Carducci. And a brilliant garnet red color and intense bouquet and a lingering, pungent, with notes of cherry background combined with herbaceous hints of aromatic wood, vanilla and spicy tones. The taste is dry, harmonic, very long aftertaste in suggesting the olfactory sensations. |
