Villa Giona is ruby red color and generously fruity bouquet, with hints of vanilla, spice and black berry fruits. In this wine the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon blends the softness of Merlot and is enriched in the final of the spicy tones typical of Syrah. Can age for 8 years. Villa Giona takes its name from a Renaissance villa and vineyard on the estate, now charming relais in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica and location of food and wine events of international level. Villa Giona excellent veal and lamb accompanied by roasted duck breast d all raisins or spices, Venetian liver with polenta and cheeses of medium seasoning. We suggest to serve at a temperature of 18 C and open the bottle an hour before drinking. |
