Pale golden color with a fine and creamy foam perlagene has a fine and persistent. The elegant bouquet with hints of yeast and fresh bread crust, citrus and black currant. Good roundness in the mouth where recur first notes of yeast and subsequent tones of fruit. . Mostly aromatic crescendo in the finale. 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier
