Colore giallo paglierino, spuma abbondante, perlage molto persistente e sottile, profumo fragrante e intenso di fiori bianchi (biancospino, tiglio...) e frutta (pesca bianca, ananas...). Il sapore pieno, fresco talvolta acidulo e retrogusto di frutta acerba.
