Description : Soave Du Lot - Inama
-Stemming of grapes and crushing. Pellicollare maceration for 4-8 hours. Pressing. Holding of the must cold for 24-36 hours. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in new barrels. No racking after fermentation. Batonnage every 6 weeks to 8 months. Not using any bonding agent or clarification prior to bottling. Only roughing and bottling. IMPRESSIONS: deep yellow color. Intense and honeyed nose of sweet field flowers: camomile, elder flower, iris. Grease and broad on the palate: ripe fruit with an aftertaste of sweet almonds. TEMPERATURE: 12 - 14 |
