Description : Sauvignon Sanct Valentin - San Michele Appiano
Nice wine by the color yellow with pale green. The nose is clean, with an extraordinary aroma, truly archetypical of this cultivar, which is distinctly grasp, in turn, hints of green pepper and elderberry, and hay and dry sage, nettle, then, hints of citrus and white peach. Intense but not overbearing in the mouth is a full-bodied wine with good persistence on the palate and pleasing roundness. His best wine expresses the taste but with a very drinkable made of a calibrated acidity, good concentration and persistence of a whip fruity, perfectly balanced. Very beautiful and nice playing on the closing notes of bitter almond, for a wine that is really dry and "almost meaty" as he likes to present the manufacturer. |
