A wine of great character and charm. Distinguishes a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is intense and aromatic white peach, apricot, sage and green pepper. Cru Ruttars. Suggested pairings: it goes to traditional dishes of Friuli as omelets, soups with vegetables, wild asparagus and fish dishes of the Adriatic.
