A classic straw color explodes on the nose with intense aromas of tomato leaf, well-blended with sage, floral and very delicate plant. The bouquet is complemented by a pleasant toasty notes of vanilla and light perception. The mouth hot, good structure and acidity rispresenta the aromas of tomato leaf and ends with long notes of toasted hazelnut. Fish is your ideal companion, especially if well cooked, but all blend marvelously risotto with vegetables. Serve at 14 degrees in glass whites. |
