Grapes: Ansonica 40%, Vermentino 40% - Fiano 20%. Vineyards: Grapes from plants in the Costa Maremmana (Capalbio, Orbetello) and from our facilities in time. Source Quaranta, 200 m above sea level, North town of Scansano. Density 5680 plants per hectare, spurred cordon. Yield per plant: 800 gr. Winemaking: steel and cement. Refinement in steel and cement. The Maremma is also a land of white wines important. This is a wine with the fabric of Maremmana Ansonica and Vermentino and notes arising from the tropical Fiano. Complete the right amount of acidity, fat and mineral-rich soils due to the skeleton and the exposure to the north. A wine that we are sure will develop beautifully in bottle for some years. Limited production. |
