Description : Vermentino Santigaini - Capichera
The wine has pale straw yellow color with light green reflections. Strong scents, clean, harmonious and wide-spectrum, the main flower. Enjoy their persistence. Notice is hints of yellow flowers, such as orange blossom, the iris, the broom, hawthorn, apple and finally yellow. The mouth shows a remarkable freshness and a strong acidity, balanced between them. The flesh is young and fragrant, slender and somewhat nervous, looking for a complete rest in bottle maturation will certainly confer. The finish is very fruity and persistent. |
