Description : Cabreo La Pietra - Tenute Folonari
WINE AND AGING grape harvest: mid-September. Winemaking: basement of seals Cabreo. Soft pressing. Decanting cold for 24 hours. Fermentation: French oak barrels (50% new and 50% a year) for a period ranging from 15 to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels themselves. Aging: 12 months in oak barrels with "batonnage. Bottle aging: at least 6 months. ORGANOLEPTIC characteristics Cabreo "The Rock", combining qualities of finesse and delicacy, its white wines, the strength and the backbone of some red wines. Color: bright golden yellow. Bouquet: rich and intense. Taste: velvety, harmonic complex with hints of spices, vanilla, butter and composed of peaches. Serving temperature: 18 |
