Description : Falanghina Caulino - Manufacturer
Fresh, perky and structured in good shape despite the hardships of the bottle that led to a principle of fermentation. The nose shows the presence of an aromatic variety, which is good in terms olfactory proposing strongly on the palate with hints of mushrooms very persistent. A great white, terminating with the necessary flavor, whose sins, however, is ideological in nature, since the expression of the grape varietal prince said, famously calling a neutral enough blankets. The acidity is intact, leave room for a final honeyed but not cloying, well matched to raw squid and shellfish. |
