Description : Enosi - Baron di Pauli
For Riesling and Pinot Blanc to crushing without rasping followed fermentation in stainless steel barrels, while the Sauvignon juice was fermented in barrels. All the wines have matured for the past 6 months on the lees before their marriage, which took place in March. Bottling was performed at the end of March.
